Ethics

Course Description

This course is an integrated and multicultural study of ethical philosophy and emphasizes topics such as the good life, the nature of value, moral reflection, moral reasoning, and action. Many approaches to ethics, including Western and non-Western traditions will be examined.

De Anza will host its annual Enrollment Day event for graduating high school students and their families on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Main Quad and other locations.

Sixteen faculty members were granted tenure by the Foothill-De Anza district Board of Trustees on Monday, during a special celebration attended by Chancellor Lee Lambert and leaders from the college and district. Colleagues, deans and family members were also there to congratulate them.
