General Counseling Office Hours

Please visit the General Counseling office to speak with a staff member (not a counselor) at our front desk. Call us in advance to inquire about in-person Counseling appointments and drop-in.

Winter Quarter Schedule 

In-person and Virtual Assistance with a Staff Member

  • Mondays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Fridays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Drop-in Hours 

  • Monday and Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

All counseling appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Office Closures 

  • Winter Break - December 24, 2024 - January 1, 2025 - Christmas and New Year Holiday
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday - January 20, 2025
  • Presidents' Holiday - February 14-17, 2025
