Family Members Are Welcome, Too!

We'll have a special information session for parents and family members, with experts who can answer questions about college costs, financial aid, academic programs, student services and other topics.

Enrollment Day is a great way for new and prospective students (and their families) to find out about everything you need for a great start at De Anza College, the college that's always Tops in Transfer – and Tops in Career Training, too!

Enrollment Day is also a great opportunity to discover your Village at De Anza. Villages provide supportive communities and relevant resources for students, faculty and staff members who share an interest in related majors or subjects.

We'll have Village representatives on hand to answer your questions and tell you more about their plans for events and activities next year.

Register for an Orientation Workshop!

If you'd like to attend an orientation workshop during Enrollment Day, you must follow some additional steps:

  • First, be sure that you have applied for admission to De Anza College no later than April 15, to allow enough time to get an 8-digit Campuswide ID (CWID), which you'll need to register for orientation
  • After you complete the application, you will receive your CWID in an email. You can then use that CWID to register for an orientation workshop by following the steps below. 

Please follow these steps after you click the yellow "Register for Orientation" button below:

  1. When the Appointment Menu opens on your screen, click on Make Appointment
  2. On the next screen, select Orientation and then click Continue
  3. On the next screen, under "Day of the Week," be sure to select All and then click Continue
  4. On the next screen, click the box in the left-hand column to select an Orientation Workshop. Choose a workshop offered on April 27 if you want to do this on Enrollment Day. (You can select Workshop 1, 2, 3 or 4. Each session covers the same information.)
  5. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen
  6. If the time you select is full, go back and try selecting a different session or time

De Anza will host its annual Enrollment Day event for graduating high school students and their families on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Main Quad and other locations.

Enrollment Day Open House
Sixteen faculty members were granted tenure by the Foothill-De Anza district Board of Trustees on Monday, during a special celebration attended by Chancellor Lee Lambert and leaders from the college and district. Colleagues, deans and family members were also there to congratulate them.

Meet the 2024 Tenure Recipients
Four members of the De Anza College community will be honored in March with Excellence Awards from the national League for Innovation in the Community College. They were selected for their outstanding service to the college and its students.

2024 Excellence Award Winners
De Anza has received its first-ever grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, providing $150,000 for an ambitious, three-year effort to create and expand oral history programs focused on historically marginalized communities.
