This workshop will provide information and best practices on how to navigate employment as an LGBTQ+ person. It will consist of two parts, the first being an overview of the employment landscape for LGBTQ+ folks in Santa Clara County, facilitated by Sara Fernando of the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, and the second part will be an employment focused "Know your Rights" workshop for LGBTQ+ folks, facilitated by Ming Wong of the National Center for LGBTQ Rights (NCLR).
