End-of-Year Celebrations

At the end of May and throughout June, many affinity groups, Learning Communities and other programs will be hosting special end-of-year celebrations for their graduating students, families and friends.

You'll find more information and a complete schedule of year-end events on the 2026 End-of-Year Events page.

Order Your Grad Regalia Now

• Order your student graduation pack — including cap, gown, tassel and diploma cover — or other regalia no later than Wednesday, June 17, to be sure items arrive in time for the big day. Visit the campus Bookstore in the RSS Building, or place your order online.

• If you are unable to afford a grad pack, you can borrow a cap and gown from the Office of Outreach on a first-come, first-served basis. Fill out this form, then collect the items from your selected pickup location. You do not need to wait for a response email. Please note, you will need to return the items in good condition by August 3 or a hold will be placed on your account, which may prevent you from accessing transcripts or your diploma.

Remember to Apply for Your Degree!

• If you're planning to graduate, you must apply for your degree by completing the online form. If you'd like some assistance with using Degree Works or determining your eligibility to graduate, your counselor can help.

• File for your degree no later than Monday, June 15, if you want your name listed in the printed souvenir program.

• There is no deadline to participate in the commencement ceremony, but you must apply for your degree by Friday, June 26, in order to have it awarded for spring quarter.
