Students will explore the historical evolution of media systems, as well as their ongoing impact on politics, the economy, and daily life. The course also emphasizes media literacy, equipping students with critical skills to analyze and navigate information in an era of digital media. It addresses current challenges, including the role of AI in media, ethical dilemmas, and the complexities of truth and misinformation in the digital age.
