World Prehistory
Course Description
In this course, students will engage with worldwide patterns of cultural transformation, from the earliest foraging societies to the development of agrarian states. They will study the prehistoric interpretation of these changes based upon the comparison of archaeological evidence from Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania.
