Cross Training
Course Description
This course is an introduction to the discipline of Physical Education, including a historical examination of cross-training. Cardiovascular fitness will be increased through circuit and interval training. This class works on agility, speed, strength, and flexibility, which utilizes a variety of fitness equipment. There are periodic assessments of strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and body composition activities. Students will participate indoors as well as outdoors.
