Need Help With Listening and Speaking?
At the LSC, our talented tutors offer activities to help you improve your language communication skills and deepen cross-cultural understanding – so you can build confidence and achieve your goals!
Celebrating Women's History Heritage Month
This March, we highlight Dr. Lourdes Ortega, a leading scholar in Second Language Acquisition and a professor at Georgetown University.
Her research explores how people learn additional languages and how identity, culture,
and social context shape the language learning experience. Dr. Ortega’s work has helped
educators better understand multilingual learners and the importance of equitable
and inclusive language education.
