Scholarship Donations Welcome
Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the APASA Scholarship Fund. APASA scholarship awards for De Anza College students are made possible through generous donations from Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDACCD) employees and retirees, De Anza College student alumni, community members, our Annual Lunar New Year Scholarship Luncheon, and other fundraising efforts.
To donate, you have several options to choose from:
OPTION A: Monthly Payroll Deduction (Available to FHDACCD employees in active standing only)
1. To authorize payroll deductions, download the FHDA Foundation Scholarship Donation Form
2. Sign and scan the completed form then e-mail to: foundation@fhda.edu
OPTION B: Donate Online
1. Visit the FHDA Foundation's Quick Donate page to donate by credit card.
2. To ensure your gift is designated accordingly, be sure to select 'De Anza' and to type 'APASA Scholarship' in the 'Other' field.
3, Click on the 'Donate Now' button located towards the bottom of the page.
OPTION C: Donate by Check
1. Please make check payable to: FHDA Foundation/APASA Scholarship
2. Fill out then print the FHDA Foundation Gift Form
3. Mail the completed form and check to:

OPTION D: Donate by Cash (Not currently available due)
