- ALL courses/programs (revision & new) - to stage 2
- Memos and extension requests affecting a course or certificate/degree
The curriculum deadline refers to completing workflows into stage 2 in eLumen. It DOES NOT mark the conclusion of workflows. Additional efforts are necessary to advance workflows to stage 13 (courses) or stage 9 (programs), indicating readiness for Curriculum Committee review and approval. For a detailed explanation of each workflow stage, click here.
Please be advised that on March 27, 2025, all workflows will be shut down. Faculty initiators will not be able to initiate any workflows.
