Wendy Kok over 25 years of global experience in finance, operations, and investment management.
She has held leadership roles across the private equity, venture capital, and technology sectors, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth,
operational excellence, and cross-border collaboration.
Wendy has served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at thatgamecompany (TGC), an independent game studio. Prior to TGC, she was the Investment Partner and Head of Investment Management at Omidyar Network, where she supported global impact initiatives. Earlier in her career, Wendy served as Chief Financial Officer at Sequoia Capital China, where she played a pivotal role in aligning finance, operations, and portfolio management for over 300 startups. Before entering private equity and venture capital, she was a Partner at Ernst & Young, leading complex cross-border M&A transactions and international reorganization.
